On our way to Dallas and we just happened to pass by this place. We took a detour to head back and I’m so glad we did. The food I imagine is akin to home-cooked food, which gives not only the place but the food as well a little charm. There’s definitely an atmosphere of hospitality which I don’t find often. If ever I’m on a road trip and passing by this place, I definitely would make sure to stop by again!

I'm from Corpus Christi. Was looking for some real Mexican food and luckily my wife found this place. Legit Taqueria. Abuela rolling fresh tortillas on the spot. Liquados were phenomenal and refreshing. Green hot sauce was bomb.

Best rice and beans. I was really excited to try the pork but they were out which I guess means it's a favorite will have to come back to try it. Got the beef tacos and they were good no complaints

This place was amazing. Authentic Mexican food and it did not disappoint. I tried to order tamales and the informed me it wasn’t tamale season. I didn’t even know there was a tamale season. The mom( I’m assuming she was Ms Sofy) told me to come back in the morning and she would have me some and man those are the best tamales I’ve ever tasted. Do yourself a favor and check them out if you’re in the area and craving tacos

We are here for a weekend softball tournament and I always try to find away to support a local business. I found this on a review site and said I’m going. The minute I walked up I was greeted with a big smile, I let them know I was from out of town and the next thing I knew I was giving a taco to sample! The tortillas are homemade like my grandmother’s!! I have been to a lot of taco places but this one is ranked at the top!!! #1 The potato and eggs melted in my mouth. The Barbacoa taco was amazing!!! If you’re in the area I recommend stopping by and giving this family business a try!!!

Their tacos differ from most of the taqueria we have visited as theirs is moist and juicy. However, their menu was limited on Sunday morning, probably because it is the weekend. But, nevertheless we enjoyed the generous serving of food, good service, and welcoming ambiance.

Cool place! Great food. Breakfast tacos we had were solid. Will definitely come back here. Been looking for a good tacos place that isn't corporate copy paste.

Best tacos around. Breakfast is definitely my favorite. Freshly made tortillas make the difference. Not to mention the AGUAS FRESCAS in all this HEAT! Support this local, family-owned business now open 7 SEVEN days a week!!
